Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 2 PM on Thursday, 29th May 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of approximately 40 members of delegation and study team of the Secretariat of Cambodia industrial Development  Policy 2015-2025, led by His Excellency Nut Unvoanra, Deputy-Secretary General of the Cambodian Investment Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, in purpose to learn about procedures of port container throughput, port operations, and the future port development plans
