Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) would like to inform investors and the public that on 5th June 2020, 8:00 AM PAS had the 3rd General Shareholder Meeting which is presided by H.E Lou Kim Chhun, Chairman and President of the General Shareholder Meeting. The 3rd General Shareholder Meeting took place at Sokha Beach Resort with the quorum of 94.32% equivalent to 80,896,620 shares, and with the result below:
