Presents and finance to Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, represented by His Excellency Mang Sineth
Preah Sihanouk Province : On Wednesday, 17th December 2025, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), and PAS Management, provided presents and finance to Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, represented by His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, to distribute to the heroic soldiers of front-line border protection and the war-displaced people.
