Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10 AM on Monday, 21st September 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a courtesy visit of and held a discussion meeting with China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd., led by Mr. Liu Jian, Managing Director of China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (Cambodia Branch), in purpose to learn about PAS’s Operational Priorities, Ongoing Development Projects, and Future Expansion Vision, and especially to explore collaboration opportunities on port development, dredging, and infrastructure engineering
