Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10 AM on Friday, 12th September 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, held a discussion meeting with The Overseas Coastal Area Development Institute of Japan (OCDI) Working Group, led by Mr. Ichio MOTONO, Ph.D., the Team Leader of The Project for Strengthening Capacity for Port Administration of The Overseas Coastal Area Development Institute of Japan (OCDI), regarding a study progress of The Project for Strengthening Capacity for Port Administration that mainly focuses on demand forecast by cargo type such as container and bulk in 2050, estimated future required volume of port facility in each zone, and a simulation analytical study of the port choice when the Funan Techo canal project is realized
