Opening Ceremony of the Annual Conference on Works Achievement in 2022 and Works Plan for 2023 of Ministry of Public Works and Transport
Phnom Penh Capital City, Ministry of Public Works and Transport On Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th February 2023, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port led the subordinating officials to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Annual Conference on Works Achievement in 2022 and Works Plan for 2023 of Ministry of Public Works and Transport, presided over by His Excellency Senior Minister Sun Chanthol, Minister of Public Works and Transport. On that occassion, His Excellency Delegate made a presentation of the Work Achievement of 2022 and the future development plans of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
