Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11 AM on Tuesday, 18th August 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of Mr. ICHIGUCHI Tomohide, Director General of Infrastructure Engineering Department of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Headquarter, and Working Group, in purpose to exchange views on the development of Cambodia's logistics and port sector, as well as to discuss about the progress and future direction of port and infrastructure development at PAS
