Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11 AM on Wednesday, 12th August 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of Prof. Dr. MORICHI Shigeru, Senior Advisor for Research at Japan Transport and Tourism Research Institute (JTTRI), Professor Emeritus at Tokyo Institute of Technology, the University of Tokyo, and National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Mr. ICHIGUCHI Tomohide, Director General, Infrastructure Engineering Department, JICA Headquarters, and accompanied by Mr. SANUI Kazamasa,្ Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency to the Kingdom of Cambodia, in purpose to exchange views on the development of Cambodia's logistics and port sector, as well as to discuss about the progress and future direction of port and infrastructure development at PAS
