Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 2 PM on Friday, 30th January 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, held a Monthly Progress Meeting of January 2026 regarding the implementation progress and the safety inspection of construction site of New Container Terminal Development Project-Phase 1 with Construction Company (TOA Corporation) and Project Consultancy Company (Nippon Koei & Oriental Consultant Global JV). Up to the end of January 2026, the progress work has achieved of 57.40 % of original plan
