Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 3 PM on Thursday, 29th January 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a delegation visit of National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations, China Institute of International Studies, China Foreign Affairs University, consisting of 27 delegates in total, led by His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, President of National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations, in purpose to learn about PAS’s operations, business, services, developments and transport on international level that connects Cambodia with the other countries in the globe
