Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11 AM on Wednesday, 28th January 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a courtesy visit and held a discussion meeting regarding the Project for the Development of the Master Plan to Transform Sihanoukville Port into a Regional Port and Logistics Hub, with JICA Headquarter Study Team, led by Mr. KAWABE Ryoichi, Director, Team 2 Transportation Group, Infrastructure Management Department of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Headquarter.
