A courtesy visit of and held a discussion meeting with 30 Delegates of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure
Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11 AM on Friday, 12th December 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a courtesy visit of and held a discussion meeting with 30 Delegates of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) of Japan, led by Mr. TOKITO Hiroyuki, Special Assistant to the Director of International Policy Planning Office of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) of Japan, and accompanied by Mr. ABE Keisuke, Third Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, in purpose to learn about PAS's operations, potentials, progress and developments, and especially to strengthen a cooperation in the port sector between the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) of Japan and PAS
