A courtesy visit of Japanese Engineering Students (26 persons) from TOYO
Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 4 PM on Wednesday, 29th October 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of Japanese Engineering Students (26 persons) from TOYO, TOHOKU, and IWATE Universities, led by Mr. Prof. Matsumaru Ryo from Toyo University, in purpose to learn about the port development of PAS, especially the progress construction works of Sihanoukville Port New Container Development Project-Phase 1
