Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 5 PM on Wednesday, 02nd July 2025, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of Mr. Tokeshi HAYAKAWA, President and Representative Director of TOA Corporation at Tokyo Head Quarter.
