Sihanoukville Autonomous Port held the 8th General Shareholder Meeting of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
Phnom Penh Capital City : At 7 AM on Thursday, 19th June 2025 at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh Capital City, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) held the 8th General Shareholder Meeting of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, presided over by His Excellency Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport, participated by His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman & CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and Chairman of the 8th General Shareholder Meeting, His Excellency Phan Phalla, Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, His Excellency Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as General Director of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), Their Excellencies and Misters of all members of PAS's Board of Directors, and State Controller, PAS Management, Representative of Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), the potential shareholders (KAMIGUMI Co., Ltd. and Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation), the national and international guests, and PAS's shareholders. This 8th General Shareholder Meeting of PAS reported the operation performance in 2024 and business plan for 2025 and has voted for adopting the dividend distribution to the private shareholders for the 8th time with 554 Riels per share equivalent to 11 % for the fiscal year 2024 and remuneration for PAS's Board of Directors and State Controller for fiscal year 2025.
