Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11 AM on Wednesday, 21st May 2025, at PAS Container Berth Number 8, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a delegation visit of Wuxi City of Jiangsu Province of the People’s Republic of China, led by Mr. Zhao Jianjun, Mayor of Wuxi Municipal People’s Government, accompanied by Mr. Chen Jiangang, President of Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone and Mr. Norngdy Nara, Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk Municipal City, in purpose to learn about PAS’s operations, potentials and developments
