Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 9 AM on Wednesday, 23rd April 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, held a Wrap-Up Meeting with JICA Mission on Detailed Planning Survey, led by Mr. SANJO Akihito, Director-General, Infrastructure Management Department, JICA Headquarter in Tokyo regarding the "Project for the Development of the Master Plan to Transform Sihanoukville Port into a Regional Port and Logistics Hub"
