His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, held a coordination meeting regarding the acceleration of the Implementation of Sihanoukville Port New Container Terminal Development Project-Phase 1 at with the representatives of the Embassy of Japan, Japan International Cooperation Agencthe (JICA), Contractor Company (TOA Corporation) and Consultant (Nippon Koei & Oriental Consultant Global JV).
