At 2 PM on Wednesday, 20th March 2024, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, the 4th Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting (JCC Meeting) was held via Zoom online application regarding the Project for Capacity Development on Container Terminal Management and Operation in Sihanoukville Port-Phase 3, attended by JICA Expert Team, General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, and Ministry of Public Works and Transport, presided over by His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
