Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) :  At 9 AM on Monday, 14th September 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of the Delegation of Indian Navy Ship, led by Mr. Suraj Kumar Singh, Commander of Indian Navy Ship INS Kulish, accompanied by Mr. Colonel. Abhishek Arora, Defence Attaché to Cambodia, in purpose to strengthen a friendship relation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of India
