Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 1 PM on Thursday, 25th June 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC),្ led by Mr. Chikahiro Masuda, Chief Advisor of CJCC, and accompanied by a group of Japanese investors, in purpose to learn about PAS’s operations performance, progress works of Sihanoukville Port development, and especially to learn about business environment in Cambodia
