Tokyo City : At 10 AM on Monday, 16th March 2026, at the Headquarter of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Japan, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), and Chairman of PAS Board of Directors l, and His Excellency Long Dimanche, Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, Representative of His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, led Members of PAS Board of Directors and PAS Management to pay a courtesy call to and having a discussion meeting with Mr. HAYAKAWA Yuho, Senior Vice President of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), regarding PAS's current situation and port development. The said meeting focused on the 30th Anniversary (1996-2026) of Officials Development Assistance of JICA to Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
