Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 2:30 PM on Tuesday, 02nd December 2025, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of and held a discussion meeting with TOA Corporation (Construction Company), led by Mr. Katsuhisa Kimura, Director of Japanese TOA Corporation, and RAZEL Company (Engineering Company), led by Mr. Gregoire SAIX, Director General and Managing Director of French RAZEL Company.
