Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 2 PM on Friday, 28th November 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, held a Monthly Progress Meeting of November regarding the implementation progress and the safety inspection of construction site of New Container Terminal Development Project-Phase 1 with Construction Company (TOA Corporation) and Project Consultancy Company (Nippon Koei & Oriental Consultant Global JV). Up to the end of November 2025, the progress work has achieved of 51.21 % of original plan
