A honor the constitution at the 32nd Year Anniversary Ceremony of the Constitution Day of the Kingdom of Cambodia
Preah Sihanouk Province : On Wednesday, 24th September 2025, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) led the PAS Working Group to attend to lay a wreath of lotus flowers to honor the constitution at the 32nd Year Anniversary Ceremony of the Constitution Day of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over by His Excellency Vong Phanath, Chairman of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Council, and His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality. This ceremony took place at the Independence Monument in Preah Sihanouk province, with the participation of many departments and entities in Preah Sihanouk province
