Held an official opening ceremony onboard MV Doulos Hope Cruise Ship
Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10:30 AM on Tuesday, 16th September 2025, at PAS Old Jetty Terminal, MV Doulos Hope Cruise Ship held an official opening ceremony onboard MV Doulos Hope Cruise Ship, presided over by His Excellency Hor Sarun, Secretary of State, Ministry of Tourism, Mr. Samut Sothearith, Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, Representative of His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, and Mr. Thong Viro, Deputy Director-General of Administration-Management, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port. This ceremony was attended by PAS Management, Representatives of Immigration Police of Sihanoukville International Port Branch, Representatives of Sihanoukville International Port Customs and Excise Branch, Management of Departments, Entities and Units in Preah Sihanouk province as well as PAS staff-employees. This M.V Doulos Hope Cruise Ship has nationality of MALTA, length of 85.20 meters, width of 16.52 meters, depth of 3.8 meters and docked safely at PAS on 15th September 2025. This cruise ship carries 97 crew members (54 females) with 37 nationalities and plans to visit Cambodia and hosts a book exhibition for 27 days. On 12th October 2025, This cruise ship is scheduled to depart from PAS. M.V Doulos Hope Cruise Ship travels around Asia with the mission of bringing “Knowledge, Help, and Hope” through literature, cultural exchange, and community engagement
