Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS): At 10 AM on Wednesday, 03rd September 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Thong Viro, Deputy Director-General in charge of Administration-Management, and Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical, Representatives of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, held a discussion meeting regarding Vessel Traffic System (VTS) Development Project with Japan Aids to Navigation Association (JANA) Consultancy Company, led by Mr. Goro Tsukakoshi, Representative of Japan Aids to Navigation Association (JANA) Consultancy Company. This meeting was also attended by Kanematsu Corporation (Contractor for VTS System), Japan Radio Company (System Supplier), Kato Electronics Work (Antenna Tower Contractor)
