The 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Sihanouk Ville
Independence Hotel Sihanoukville : On Thursday evening, 28th August 2025, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, attended the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, presided over by His Excellency Vong Phanath, Chairman of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Council, His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, and His Excellency Lai Xuan Chien, Consul General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Preah Sihanouk Province.
The 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam was also attended by Member of Parliament of Preah Sihanouk Province, Provincial Municipality Management of Kep, Koh Kong, Kampot, Kampong Speu, Takeo, as well as Directors of Provincial Departments, National and International Guests.
