Sihanoukville Port Special Economic Zone (SPSEZ) : At 9:30 AM on Friday, 22nd August 2025, at the venue of Sihanoukville Port Special Economic Zone (SPSEZ), Huale Steel (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. held an inauguration ceremony on trial operation of the zinc dyeing production line by using the leading world-class technology and equipment, presided over by His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) and Mr. Sun Liang, CEO of Huale Steel (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. This inauguration ceremony marks a potential of Sihanoukville Port Special Economic Zone (SPSEZ), which is under management of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), in promoting a development and prosperity of Cambodia’s economy. This inauguration ceremony is also attended by all levels of government officials from Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, as well as various departments in Preah Sihanouk Province, along with PAS Management and Working Group
