Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 9 AM on Friday, 08th August 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port held a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. and Sihanoukville Autonomous Port on payment and financial services collaboration, presided over by His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and Neak Oknha. Kith Meng, President of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman and CEO of the Royal Group that has a subsidiary company Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc., which has Mr. Dr. Dmytro Kolechko as the CEO of Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. This Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. and Sihanoukville Autonomous Port is participated by Management of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, PAS Management, Delegation of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, Potential Businessmen of Cambodia, Relevant Entities, and PAS Working Group
