Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11:30 AM on Monday, 21st April 2025, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management Team, welcomed a delegation visit of Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, led by Rear Admiral. IKEUCHI IZURU, Commander of Mine Warfare Force, in purpose to learn about PAS’s operations and developments, especially to enhance a friendship relation between Cambodia and Japan
