At 1:30 PM on Friday, 06th December 2024, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, held a discussion meeting with Representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Representatives of the Council for Development of Cambodia, Representatives of the Embassy of the United Kingdom to Cambodia, and Investors, regarding opportunities for cooperation on the development of sustainable infrastructures under the public-private partnerships (PPP) mechanism in Cambodia.
