Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11 AM on Tuesday, 15th September 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of and held a discussion meeting with the Delegation of Senators Survey Team on Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA) of four Japanese Senators led by His Excellency Mr. FURUKAWA TOSHIHARU, in purpose to conduct survey on effectiveness and efficiency operations of Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA) to Sihanoukville Autonomous Port in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This visit and discussion meeting was participated and accompanied by two officials of the Secretariat of the Senate of Japan, Working Group of the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, led by Mr. MATSUDA Junsaku, Counselor of the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, and Working Group of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Cambodia Office, led by Mr. SANUI Kazumasa, Chief Representative of JICA Cambodia។ Office
