Signed a Loan Agreement for the implementation of the Sihanoukville Port New Container Terminal Development Project (II)
On the morning of 11 August 2026, His Excellency Ros Seilava, Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance, a High Representative of His Excellency Akka Bundit Sapheacha AUN Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance and Mr. SANUI Kazamasa, Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency to the Kingdom of Cambodia, signed a Loan Agreement for the implementation of the Sihanoukville Port New Container Terminal Development Project (II), with the total amount of JPY 17,776,000,000 (approximately USD 114 million)
