At 2:30 PM on Monday, 20th July 2026, at the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Long Beach, California, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), H.E Bundith Sapheacha Phan Phalla, Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance, H.E Kim Sithan, Permanent Secretary of State, Ministry of Commerce, Members of PAS’s Board of Directors, State Controller, PAS’s management, and His Excellency Kim Chha Huot, Honorary Consul General, President of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce Representative Office in California, held a meeting with the businessmen of the United States of America in purpose for sharing information on the investment in Cambodia and the development of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port in to a regional port and the Master Plan for Port Development from 2030 until 2050.
