Signed the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of the Government of Japan's Yen Loan
On the afternoon of 13 July 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International, and His Excellency UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, signed the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of the Government of Japan's Yen Loan, amounting to seventeen billion seven hundred and seventy-six million Japanese Yen (JPY 17,776,000,000), approximately USD 119 million, for the implementation of the Sihanoukville Port New Container Terminal Development Project (II)
