Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10 AM on Monday, 8th September 2025, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, held a meeting with JICA Cambodia Office, led by Mr. SANUI Kazumasa, Chief Representative of JICA Cambodia Office, regarding a preparation to welcome a visit of Mr. President of JICA to PAS on the upcoming date of 12th October 2025, in purpose to learn about PAS's operations, potentials, progress and developments
