Sihanoukville Autonomous Port : At 3 PM on Friday, 15th August 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, the 6th Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting (JCC Meeting) was held regarding the Project for Capacity Development on Container Terminal Management and Operation in Sihanoukville Port (Phase 3), attended by Representative of Embassy of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, JICA Cambodia Office in Phnom Penh, JICA Headquarter in Tokyo, JICA Expert Team, Advisor for Port Operation and Management to PAS, General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, and Ministry of Public Works and Transport, presided over by His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
