Phnom Penh Capital City, Ministry of Public Works and Transport On Wednesday 22nd January 2025, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port led the subordinating officials to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Annual Conference on Works Achievement in 2024 and Works Plan for 2025 of Ministry of Public Works and Transport, presided over by His Excellency Minister Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport.  On this occassion, Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business of PAS, was selected as an hornor speaker of Panel Discussion on the enhancement of transport servives to be highly efficiency, including the work achievement in 2024 and the future development plan of Sihanoukville Port
