Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS)  At 2 PM on Friday, 25th August 2023, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management Team, held a discussion meeting with Customs and Logistics Committee of Japanese Business Association of Cambodia (JBAC) led by TABEI Hideaki, General Manager of Mitsubishi Corporation and observed by Mr. TANINAI Ichitomo, Minister of the Embassy of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, to learn about the operational performance and port infrastructures in Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
