Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 2 PM on Monday, 6th April 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of the Russian Navy Fleet Delegation consisting of 2 warships (Sovershenny vessel hull number 333 and Rezky vessel hull number 343), led by Captain 1st Rank. Andrei GAEVOY, Deputy Commander and Head of the Russian Navy Pacific Fleet, in purpose to strengthen a friendship relation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Russian Federation
