Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11:30 AM on Wednesday, 06th August 2025, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a delegation visit of 7 companies from Nanjing City of the People’s Republic of China, accompanied by Mr. Oknha. Ung Kheang, in purpose to learn about PAS’s operations, potentials, progress and developments.
