Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11 AM on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of Mr. ANZO Hiroshi, JICA Cambodia Office and 02 Senior Officers from JICA Headquarter in Tokyo, in a purpose to learn project progress of the construction of New Container Terminal-Phase 1 and the developments of Sihanoukville Port Special Economic Zone (SPSEZ)
