Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) At 9:00 AM on Friday, 26th January 2024: at the venue of PAS conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management Team, and representative of Sihanoukville International Port Customs and Excise Branch held a discussion meeting with all the representative of the shipping companies which have been using PAS on the Transshipment. The meeting agreed on the Transshipment Contains Procedure will be announced from now on
