Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) At 10:30 AM on Friday, 21st April 2023, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management Team, welcomed a visit of Cambodian-Lao Joint Boundary Commission Delegation in which the Cambodian Delegation was led by His Excellency Va Kimhong, Senior Minister in charge of Border Affairs and Head of Cambodian-Lao Joint Land Border Marking Commission, and Lao Delegation was led by His Excellency Saleumxay Khommasith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR, Head of Lao Joint Border Commission, to study new developments of PAS
