Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) At 7:30 AM on Wednesday, 1st March 2023, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port held an inauguration ceremony of the Container Freight Station (CFS) in Sihanoukville Port Special Economic Zone (SPSEZ), financed by the Japan`s Grant Aid for the Economic and Social Development Program (Fiscal Year 2018), presided over by His Excellency Kuoch Chamroeun, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Province, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and His Excellency UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia
