Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10 AM on Wednesday, 12th March 2025, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of Mr. HIROYUKI Tokito, the Second Secretary of Embassy of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, during the end of his diplomatic mission mandate in the Kingdom of Cambodia. On this occasion, Mr. HIROYUKI Tokito also acknowledged a great value in PAS’s cooperation, under a wise and brilliant leadership of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, in PAS development
