Held the 7th General Shareholder Meeting of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
At 7 AM on Friday 21st June 2024 at Sokha Beach Resort, Preah Sihanouk Province, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) held the 7th General Shareholder Meeting of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port under the high presidency of His Excellency Phan Phalla, Secretary of State, Representative of His Excellency Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, His Excellency Choun Ven, Secretary of State, Representative of His Excellency Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport and His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman & CEO of PAS and Chairman of the 7th General Shareholder Meeting and participated by His Excellencies and Misters of all members of PAS's Board of Directors, and State Controller, Representative of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), Representative of Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), the potential shareholders (KAMIGUMI Co., Ltd. and Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation), the national and international guests, and PAS's shareholders. This 7th General Shareholder Meeting of PAS reported the operation performance in 2023 and business plan for 2024 and has voted for selecting Mr. Hun Monivann, as Independent Director, and Mr. KUME Hidetoshi, as Non-Executive Director representing of private shareholders, as a member of the 9th Mandate of Board Directors, and adopting the dividend distribution to the private shareholders for the 7th time with 504 Riels per share (10% of IPO's Price) for the fiscal year 2023 and remuneration for PAS's Board of Directors for fiscal year 2024
