At 7 AM on Friday 9th June 2022 at Sokha Beach Resort, Preah Sihanouk Province, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port held the 6th General Shareholder Meeting of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port under the high presidency of His Excellency Phan Phalla, Secretary of State, Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, His Excellency Pal Chandara, Secretary of State, Representative of His Excellency Senior Minister, Minister of Public Works and Transport and His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman & CEO of PAS and Chairman of the 6th General Shareholder Meeting. and participated by His Excellencies and Misters of all members of PAS's Board of Directors, and State Controller, Representative of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), Representative of Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), the potential shareholders, KAMIGUMI Co., Ltd. and Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation, the national and international guests, and PAS's shareholders. This 6th General Shareholder Meeting of PAS reported the operation performance in 2022 and business plan for 2023 and has voted for adopting the dividend distribution to the private shareholders for the 6th time with 454 Riels per share equivalent to 9% for the fiscal year 2022 and remuneration for PAS's Board of Directors and State Controller for fiscal year 2023
