Portopia Hotel, Kobe City, Japan On Wednesday, 22nd March 2023, During the aboard mission in Japan, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia, in charge as Chairman and CEO, led the delegation of the members of Board Directors, and PAS Management, conducted a courtesy calls and discussion meeting with Mr. Masami KUBO, Chairman & Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board of KAMIGUMI Co., Ltd; and Mr. Kenji HOKAZONO, President of Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation (Hanshin Port).
The two principles logistics companies of Japan has purchased the Shares of PAS with about 62% of the total sold Shares, including KAMIGUMI Co., Ltd holding with total shares of 11.15 million (52%) and Hanshin Port holding with total shares of 2.14 million (10%)
